In addition to ensuring that each vacation home is meticulously maintained, we collect a non- refundable damage waiver fee on each reservation to cover any accidental damage up to $3,000. Normal wear and tear is to be expected and will be the responsibility of the owner.

We provide housekeeping services for guests every third day for a stay of five days or more.
