Reservation Policies & Fees

Review our reservation policies for important details regarding bookings, deposits, cancellations, and stay requirements at Wailea Beach Villas. Our guidelines are designed to ensure a smooth and seamless experience from the moment you plan your stay to your arrival on Maui.

  • Deposit
    • 25% Refundable Deposit, inclusive of tax will be charged at time of booking.
    • For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 25% non-refundable deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.
  • Remaining Balance
    • For non-festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 30 days prior to arrival.
    • Festive travel dates: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 120 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation Terms
    • Travel dates 1/5-12/18: 31 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded.
    • Travel dates 12/19-1/4: Less than 120 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.

  • Fees
    • All Reservations will be assessed a 8.0% service fee plus taxes.
    • A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $149, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation.   • Check-In/Check-Out Times
    • Check-in is 4:00pm; Check-out is 11:00am
  • Other Terms & Conditions
    • A passport or U.S. government ID and an accepted credit card matching the name on the reservation will be required to check-in.
    • We honor MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover
    • Wailea Beach Villas additional per person, per day over standard occupancy charge is $50 plus tax.
    • Children 12 years and under stay free, but are included in maximum occupancies
    • No pets allowed
    • Rates are subject to 13.25% Transient Accommodations Tax and 4.712% General Excise Tax
    • Rates are subject to a 8.0% service fee plus taxes on all reservations
    • All rates, fees and taxes are subject to change
    • All units are non-smoking and outdoor areas may be restricted in accordance with the individual property's Homeowner Association Rules
